Happy Halloween!
I think Harrison “got” Halloween a little more this year. He would say his “trick-or-treat” and “thank you”…and even got pretty good at saying “But I need two!” when they only gave him one piece of candy.
He really isn’t very shy.
Here’s some pictures of the festivities this evening.
He went as a monkey, and even has a “boo-nana” in his pocket (part of the costume).
Sometime over the course of the day he thought he was going as a monkey who pooted. He would do his monkey sound and then add a “pppfffttt” to the end of it, and say “I’m a pooting monkey!” Nice.
Pooting monkey or not, he is a cutie.
He came home and dumped all of his candy.
And wanted to eat all of it right then.
But we said no.
So he pouted.
So we let him have one before supper.
We had jack-o-lantern pizza.
It was a fun night, and really it was great weather. Especially considering we’ve gotten a lot of rain in the last couple of days. It was definitely fall-like, but cozy.
Happy Halloween 2009!

I think a monkey is the perfect costume choice for a 3 year old boy! He is so cute. I know why you really didn’t let him eat all his candy … you and Kel were afraid there wouldn’t be any chocolate for you! That’s why you need more kiddos … the more kiddos, the more candy at every holiday!
