Time-out

Harrison was in time-out yesterday and we had a little conversation:

H: Mommy? (In his sweetest ever voice)

Me: What?

H: I wuv you.

Me: I love you, too, now you need to be quiet.

20 seconds later:

H: Mommy?

Me: What?

H: Mommy, I wuv you.

Me: I love you, too, Harrison. But you are in time out, and you really need to stay quiet.

20 seconds later:

H: Mommy? I wuv you much, mommy.

I mean, come on! He was killing me. I was trying not to laugh while I was behind the door of our laundry closet. It was almost too much.

Now the screaming he was doing 2 minutes before that because he was getting in trouble? Not so cute. ;)

  1. Too funny. Don’t you just love how they know EXACTLY what they are doing at all times.

  2. C’mon! You aren’t made of stone. Give in to his charms!

  3. This one had me (and your dad, when I read it to him) giggling way out loud. I’m glad he was staying in time out for you while this was going on. What a kid!:)
