This has to be the biggest hole EVER in a loaf of bread
I hadn’t used my bread machine in a long time, but wanted to start making my own bread, so I got it back out. Haven’t gotten a chance to try out some recipes in the regular oven, and thought this would be a little easier right now.
The first loaf was too dry…it was about half the height it should have been and very heavy. The second loaf looked like this…
Ooops…I thought a bread machine would be easier! You pretty much just dump everything in! Anyway, I’ll try again. It tasted good, just had a giant hole in the middle!
