I wrote the other day about 300 voices.  We are at 100 today, and that is just in 5 days.  Very exciting stuff!  But we’re not there yet.  Please consider giving $20 a month.  It will change a person’s life…hundreds of people’s lives.

Would you like to have to travel several miles a day, one way, to get this water? And go back three to four times a day?  Water that one day might kill you?

This is an agricultural well, built to water the crops.  But people come to it because they have no other water to go to.  It is highly polluted and carries many diseases.  There are many, many other pictures at www.charitywater.org showing people getting water to drink that they also bathe in, go to the bathroom in, share with animals…

But it’s really pretty simple.  $20 a month from you can give 1 person clean water for 20 years.  For me, that’s not a real big sacrifice.  Just this morning I drove through McDonald’s and got a latte, a yogurt parfait and apples for Harrison and spent over $5.  And we do that several times a month!

Please think about doing this.  Really think about it.  And maybe by providing water, we can also show them Jesus.

Isaiah 41:17-20 (The Message)

17-20“The poor and homeless are desperate for water,
their tongues parched and no water to be found.
But I’m there to be found, I’m there for them,
and I, God of Israel, will not leave them thirsty.
I’ll open up rivers for them on the barren hills,
spout fountains in the valleys.
I’ll turn the baked-clay badlands into a cool pond,
the waterless waste into splashing creeks.
I’ll plant the red cedar in that treeless wasteland,
also acacia, myrtle, and olive.
I’ll place the cypress in the desert,
with plenty of oaks and pines.
Everyone will see this. No one can miss it—
