a reminder
I was challenged this weekend by the message from one of our pastors…one of the quotes he used for his message is this:
“The only ultimate disaster that can befall us, I have come to realize, is to feel ourselves at home here on earth.” Malcolm Muggeridge
I have to admit I do feel too comfortable sometimes…truthfully, a lot of the time. I need to change that. The world does not revolve around me. There are hurting people all around, and I need to open my eyes up to them. Sure, I do things to help, but then I go back to my stuff. Not sure what I will do or what it will look like…just writing down some thoughts.

Interesting…our message was also about “making a difference”. Who will remember what we did on earth after we’re gone? I guess that part is some-what different, but it’s all pertinent. Make a difference while we’re here, and remember the ultimate goal.
