I know that everyone else who blogs is busy, so I really don’t have an excuse…I’ve just been kind of consumed lately with getting last minute details of the trip ready.  Exactly a week from now I will be in Guatemala with 23 others from church.  We leave at 3:00 in the morning…I’m debating on whether or not to even go to bed the night before, but I keep telling myself I HAVE to get everything ready in time for me to go to bed by 8:00 or so, otherwise I will be exhausted.  We’ll see how it works out.

I was really hoping to have some pictures up by now, too, but I am still using Kelly’s computer when it is available and I still don’t know how to download the pictures onto it.  I keep meaning to ask, but he’s been working a lot at church getting some computers ready, and working on a video for a business here in town.  When we do see each other, it’s more of a passing in the hall, or sitting down for supper in between his going to and from church…and I’d rather not discuss how to put pictures on the computer.    It should be better after Saturday, so hopefully we can get some good together time in on Sunday and Monday, and maybe I’ll manage to get some pictures up.

Harrison has been climbing on chairs, playing his new drum and drumsticks, saying “yeah” when you ask him a question, getting a lot of new teeth in, and many, many other things.  He is just so active…this morning we were in our bed and he was drinking his bottle, and I kid you not, he moved the whole entire time.  I was just laying there watching him move constantly…rolling around, lying on his back and kicking his feet up and down in the air, swinging his arms around… you get the idea.  He made his way onto every square inch of the mattress, and we have a big king size bed.  It made me exhausted just watching him.  But he’s been blessed with a lot of energy and I know it will be to his advantage.  It just makes me tired sometimes.    But right now I’m listening to him snoring through the monitor, fast asleep.  So precious.  He’s resting and gearing up for another full day tomorrow.  I wouldn’t have it any other way.
