One More Day
Harrison has been feeling much better since yesterday evening. Still a little cough here and there, but breathing much easier and a little more himself.
Just in time for moving! Tomorrow we say goodbye to the old house and hello to the new one. We are excited. This old house has been a great first house for us. But we anticipate all of the opportunities that the new one holds.
We had high hopes of doing a lot to it right away, but today we found out about, with a little more precision, all of the “costs” of selling and buying these homes. Turns out we’ll come up short a few bucks (like thousands) to do all we were hoping to. 
So, we are cutting back our plans a bit. For now, we’ll just focus on carpet, painting and redoing trim. That should make quite a difference by itself. Then we’ll see what’s left over for other stuff as make some progress.
Thanks to all of you who’ve said you’ll help us move on Saturday. We’ll try to make it as painless as possible! We really appreciate your willingness to help!
